The first day I arrived from Jogjokarta , our host brought us to Borobudur temple.Borobudur was constructed during the eighth century as a guide to the Noble Path of the Buddha. Born from silence and unfolding into the serenity of the other shore, it expresses the glory of Indonesia’s awareness and creativity, the smile of her plastic forms over the centuries as well as her travels along the edge of thoughts that cross the endless corridors of memory.

According to our tour guide Borobudur is a ninth-century Mahayana Buddhist monument in Magelang, Central Java, Indonesia. The monument comprises six square platforms topped by three circular platforms, and is decorated with 2,672 relief panels and 504 Buddha statues.[1] A main dome, located at the center of the top platform, is surrounded by 72 Buddha statues seated inside perforated stupa.

The monument is both a shrine to the Lord Buddha and a place for Buddhist pilgrimage. The journey for pilgrims begins at the base of the monument and follows a path circumambulating the monument while ascending to the top through the three levels of Buddhist cosmology, namely Kāmadhātu (the world of desire), Rupadhatu (the world of forms) and Arupadhatu (the world of formlessness). During the journey the monument guides the pilgrims through a system of stairways and corridors with 1,460 narrative relief panels on the wall and the balustrades.

I love biking, my wife encourage me to be fit and healthy. I started biking for a year now and really enjoyed doing it. The following are benefits of biking.

Easy on the Earth
Rather than adding to the pollution problem, biking is a completely clean form of transportation. The only fuel it burns is your own calories! Biking is also quiet, a huge plus for all of us suffering from the ill effects of noise pollution.

Not only good for the atmosphere, biking is good for your heart, and lots of other body-parts as well. Firming, toning, calorie-burning: Biking has it beat over driving any day of the week.

Biking reduces your blood pressure to normal level, strengthens your heart, lowers the sugar level of your body and makes you feel good.

Boosting Your Mood
Even moderate exercise, like a leisurely bike ride, will boost levels of euphoria-producing hormones called endorphins. Translation: You can bike away your blues.

Enjoying the Scene
When we whiz past scenery in a car, we miss so much. The slower pace of biking enables ups to experience the beauty of locale. Avid bikers report the satisfaction of smelling newly mown grass, or flowering trees, or the fertile damp earth as one of the added bonuses of cycling. Same with me! I started to enjoy the country side scene which before I did not.

Meeting Like-Minded Others
You can bet that fellow cyclers are probably health-and-environmentally-minded. Many bikers say that deep friendships often form among cycling enthusiasts because of their common ground.

Ministering to an Indonesia Tribe (Sundanese) is quite an experience. We are on the 3rd day of our mission trip when we met a woman pastor who has a heart for this tribe. They are the worst hit during the religious crusade by Muslim extremists in 1999. Churches were closed and some Christian followers were either murdered or raped.

On this part of the country, Bandung, Indonesia, underground churches still exists. Thanks be to God that in spite of the persecution and intimidation, God’s guiding hand is moving in the hearts of our brothers who are zealous to continue His works. Let’s pray for them and the mission works to continue.

Loving God and obeying His voice is the heartbeat of missions. Going to foreign lanf , a neighboring country with a different culture of our own brings Goosebumps to me. This is my first time to go on a mission trip abroad and minister to my Indonesian friends and brethren. English is not on the top of their language preference. Many of Indonesians do not know how to speak it and that mission trip became more challenging to the our team.

Just thinking of the idea of an “ordinary man” here in Cagayan de Oro being used by God to reach out to the Indonesians is simply amazing! But God works in mysterious ways. He really uses ordinary people like you and me. All we have to do is Love Him with all our heart, soul, mind and strength and obey His voice. Miracles and wonders you will experience as you obey Him. God indeed is truly great!

My son is a full academic Scholar!

Yaaapp! My son is now on his first year in High School! Wheew! And guess what? We only paid 1 peso for his tuition! Hahahaha! Thank You Lord! IJ passed the entrance exam at Liceo de Cagayan University High School with flying colors and was given a full scholarship grant (Free: Tuition, school uniform, textbooks, and miscellaneous). Yes! What a blessing from God!

My prayer that God will always guide him through all the years he will spend in that institution and bring honor to Him. I firmly believe that this is on the inheritance of those who faithfully serve our Living God. Glory all to God in the Highest!

Travel always has inherent challenges.. much more that I will be going to Indonesia not as a tourist nor a participant but as a SPEAKER for a Seminar. I was invited by AMBASSADORS FOR ALL NATIONS based in London, UK tru a long time friend missionary Ms. Irane Ragg.

We just came from our family camp and we had barely 5 days to prepare . Me and my wife had long nights of Encoding, LCD preparations, downloading videos, etc. I have to wake up as early as 4 a.m. seeking Gods revelation and Bible study. I know God will equipped me spiritually " for the Battle is not mine, its His".

I greatly thank God for my wife and children who personally pack my things. They were excited as well.

Pls. pray for double annointing . Thanks

Dales 9th birthday

She wokeup very early and excitedly openned her gifts which were displayed 3 days ago. We had our devotion and thank God for the 9 years He had given dale.

We celebrated her birthday simply with her uncles, aunties and cousins. She wanted a swimming pool party but The pool management wont allow us tobring foods. So we opted for the beach.
