REALITIES IN LIFE

R – ealities in life teaches us valuable lessons… Here is a brief list of what people often consider as unfair issues: their (race, nationality, parental heritage, physical traits, mental capacity, social status, economic status, experiences of life, birth order, age, and religious heritage). What do you get angry about? What seems to be unfair about your life?
a. Life is unfair…Not everything we dream of can turn into reality…What you are now is you but you can still improve…BUT YOU DON’T NEED TO BE NEGATIVE IN LIFE…THERE’S MORE TO IT AS YOU SEE IT…
SYMPTOMS: Anger, Jealousy, depression, critical spirit, fearful, suicidal, loneliness, confusion, isolation from others, wish never born, failure mentality, feel the need to run away, self-centeredness, hopelessness, prone to addiction, bitterness, emotional pain, fighting for rights, possessiveness, blind to the needs of others…)
E- ach day is a gift from God for us to enjoy and not to waste…THIS IS PART OF GOD’S PLAN FOR YOU.
Psalm 118:24 “This is the day the LORD has made. Let's rejoice and be glad today!”
A – lways expect change to happen but don’t oppose it…
a. People change…Things change…Circumstances change… Only God does not change! (HEBREWS 13:8, MAL. 3:6)
L – ife is short… (Be ready to present the Gospel at this point…)
James 4:14 “Yet you do not know what your life will be like tomorrow. You are just a vapor that appears for a little while and then vanishes away.”
I – n Christ alone can you find the true meaning of life…
Acts 4:12 "And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved."
T- rue joy comes not from the things we have…
Proverbs 15:13 - "A happy heart makes the face cheerful, but heartache crushes the spirit."
Proverbs 17:22 - "A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones."
Isaiah 35:10 - "And the ransomed of the LORD will return. They will enter Zion with singing; everlasting joy will crown their heads. Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee away."
Y- our decision today determines your future …
Ephesians 5:15,16 - “15 Therefore [a]be careful how you walk, not as unwise men but as wise, 16 [b]making the most of your time, because the days are evil.”
