One of the many ways you can distress is through yoga exercises. That’s what I read on my runner’s magazine I received after completing a 10K run last August. Consisting of some body stretching and mind relaxation techniques, yoga has become popular to many athletes. My wife and her friends have tried this kind of exercise before but they stopped and shifted their interest into running and jogging around our city’s sports center.
