Honestly I have not tried doing yoga exercise. I am into mountain biking , running and other sports but never with yoga. Maybe because, I thought that this kind of exercise is for women only. I love doing my exercise around a lot of people, this maybe the reason why I am not incline on doing Yoga because this kind of exercise is done in a peaceful and quiet environment . I know there are lots of benefits with Yoga like generally it works to enhance your strength and flexibility. It also aids in providing a stronger spine.
