If you are a worship leader for your church congregation or youth group, or even a member or musician for a praise team, odds are you have encountered dozens of difficult issues, both musically and spiritually. From deciding how often to introduce new songs, scheduling practice sessions around life, all the way to handling personal and creative conflicts within the team, leading or assisting in leading worship can be a daunting task.
